Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Vanguard Ventures, operating under the brand name Eau Laa Laa (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and any person or entity accessing or using the Company’s website, services, products, or related digital platforms (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Customer”). Risk of loss or damage shall pass to the User upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier or at the delivery address, as applicable.

All content on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, images, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or harmful activity while using the Platform. Any attempt to interfere with the Platform’s functionality, gain unauthorized access, or misuse services constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time without notice if the User violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, India.
