Refund policy

This Returns and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Vanguard Ventures, operating under the brand name Eau Laa Laa (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and governs the terms and conditions relating to returns, exchanges, cancellations, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through the Company’s website, mobile platforms, marketplaces, or any other authorized sales channels (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By placing an order with the Company, the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by the provisions contained herein.


Nature of Products

The Customer acknowledges that Eau Laa Laa products consist primarily of perfumes, fragrances, and personal care goods which are categorized as hygiene-sensitive and consumable items. Due to the personal nature of such products, returns and exchanges are strictly limited to the circumstances specifically set forth in this Policy.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only prior to dispatch of the product from the Company’s warehouse or fulfillment center.

  • If a cancellation request is received before shipment, the Company will process the cancellation and issue a full refund through the original payment method.

  • Once the order has been shipped or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation is not permitted.


Returns and Eligibility

The Company accepts returns only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged in transit

  • Defective product

  • Expired product

  • Wrong or materially different product delivered

  • Incomplete order

Reporting Timeline

The Customer must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos/videos

  • Packaging details

  • Order information

Failure to report within the stipulated time shall be deemed acceptance of the product in satisfactory condition.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • With seals, labels, accessories, and invoice intact

Any item showing signs of use, tampering, or mishandling will not be eligible for return or refund. The Company reserves the right to inspect all returned items.


Refunds and Replacements

Upon approval of a valid claim, the Company may, at its discretion, provide:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund via the original payment method

Refunds may take 7–10 business days (or longer depending on the payment provider) to reflect.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by the Company.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Customized products

  • Opened or used fragrances

(Except where required by law)


Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability shall be limited strictly to the purchase value of the product. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
